GHG Emissions per Capita in Oceania

Why does per capita matter?

Per capita emissions normalize a country's total emissions by its population, providing a fairer comparison of individual impact across nations of vastly different sizes. A small country with high per capita emissions has a greater average individual carbon footprint than a large country with lower per capita values.
